Juki's new sewing station for sewing of high quality and reliable safety seams through monitoring and documentation of given sewing parameters and sewing processes. The use of these sensors throughout the sewing process allows for incorrect components to be highlighted to the operator. Programmable labeling machine means consistent accurate information is maintained throughout the sewing process. When sewing is completed a final label is printed and incorporated into the material to ensure the viability and traceability of the seam.
